Read this, Unlock the Secret of Wealth That the Poor Never Know

Goodday everyone. I am Mr Paul. I'll like to  applaud everyone who have taken his/her time to read this article and those that have being reading my previous articles both within Nigeria and around the globe.
This article is basically on request because most people who criticize really dont know what it takes and how it works.

Firstly, i'll like to say, if you have a JOB, its fine and wonderful but it is only temporary. Every job has an expiring date.
The race between Man and Machine has begun and man is loosing. Scienctist project that 20years from now over 80% of the Jobs available now would be taken over by Machines and as i write this article (October 2015) most sectors are already feeling it.
Let me prove that to you;
1. In the stock market, most of the stocks being traded are computed and outlayed by machines. so the stock brokers are loosing their JOBs.
2. Japan of recent just launched a ROBOT receptionist. who works 24hrs a day in a hotel. If you are not observant you would not know she is a ROBOT because she is always smiling and kind. The only thing is that you would see a big caution sign behind her saying "Do not Pour any Liquid here".
3. The US government of recent pronounced their intention of replacing the millitary Artillery and Combat unit completely with Robot only the Intelligence team would be Humans. You and I know that this Units are the most populated in the millitary and the Intelligence unit would also be compressed because the Robots would ne programmed to know what to do.
4. The banking sector are still observing theirs.
I could go on and on...
You have to learn how to create PASSIVE income other wise known as a SYSTEM.
A SYSTEM simply means Save Your Self Time Energy and Money.
Let me break this down.
If you take all the money from the richest people in the world today. Lets say for instance take all the money from Aliko Dangote today and split it amongst everybody reading this article now, in little or no time, the money would go back to him. Yes/No?...Why? its simply because Dangote has a system. I was somewhere in Abuja giving a seminar, and i asked how many people sitted here can stand up and say they have being able to build a system? that is when they are not there, when they are sleeping Money is coming in - a Monetary System. The whole hall was quiet, suddenly, a young guy rose up his hand and i was shocked. I said young man how old are you? he said, 21. and i said so what system have you been able to build for yourself? and he said Body System. We all laughed at it.
Now am talking about a system that you dont have to exchange your time for money. Ladies and Gentlemen this is the secret that the Rich know and the poor never know. Go and check it out, Bill Gates, Carlos Slim, Warren Buffett, Aliko Dangote, Mike Adenuga, etc they have all built SYSTEMs.
I gave this explanation somewhere in Trans amadi in Ph with NLNG staffs that if all the money that Dangote has was collected and shared amongst everybody, in little or no time, the money would go back to him. And somebody disagreed. And i called him out and said young man, lets say N5m was your share, what would you do with it?. He said, "i will set up/establish a company" and i said wow. How? he said "i will get a piece of land and build a company" and i told him once you start fencing the land, you buy blocks, which would demand for increased production and increased usage of Dangote Cement. Lets not go too far, once you get the money, you would buy indomie and Spag for you children and definitely buy Salt. Now thats because Dangote has a System. He doesnt have to physically collect the money from you but he has a system that does that.

Ladies and Gentlemen there are many Vehicles of wealth. To achieve greatness in Life you have to understand how to leverage. Leverage is an increased way of attaining something. When most people hear of the word LEVERAGE they only liken it to the Multi Level Industry.
Forbes magazine classified a big business as one that has a minimum of 500 paid workers.
There are 4major vehicles of wealth based on Leverage.
1. Real Estate
2. Paper Investment (Shares, Bond, Treasury Bills etc)
3. Intellectual property (putting down ideas in books, cds etc)
4. Automated Business

Most people have great ideas in many fields.
Financial Statistics
1. Financial Statistics say that over 80% of conventional businesses fail within the first 5years.

2. Census Beureau states that 92% of Nigerian homes require both parents to work FULL TIME to meet ends meet.

3. 70% of families are surviving on salaries and 90% of individuals are now spending more than they earn each and every month. (SAVINGS)

4. 7 out of every 10 woman would live in POVERTY at some point in their life.

5. Over half of the employees that are to loose their JOB today would not survive more than 6months before financial crisis arises.

6. Highest paid employees are forced to work harder, with longer hours and higher quota in other to maintain their current standard.

7. Women's heart foundation states that the most common time for a heart attack is Monday morning.

8. An average divorce would not occur if there is an additional N60000- N100000 income for the family.

9. Financial experts says working 40hrs a week for 40years (the 40-40 plan) for a great pension is all over.

10. 70% of people agree that they would rather work for themselves as an Entrepreneur than for someone else as an Employee because they agree to the saying that the Smartest Employee cannot earn more than the CEO of d company.

In reality the problem why most people are not earning well or living the life they want financially today is not because they dont have world changing ideas but mostly it balls down to CAPITAL and SKILLS.

Take example to set up a real estate now that would serve as a monetary system for you, that is lets say an annual income of between N10m - N50m you would need a capital of nothing less than N200m.
The question is if you dont have the money that Femi Otedola has, that Aliko Dangote has to set up Manufacturing companies and Refinery, etc how do you go from where you are currently and Transit?

Ladies and Gentlemen you will agree with me that in business for you to succeed you have to learn how to risk money. The highest risk taker in business takes home the highest profit.

When i understood the meaning of leverage it changed my life and everything i do, i include Leverage. Instead of being there to run a business i'll rather look for a specialist and hire the person, in some cases i hire more than more 1 specialist.
I went into a fish farming business with someone in 2012, for those that know much about this business we dug over 15 earthen ponds. My partner goes there everyday because i leveraged on his ability, expertise and time which i paid for. Months went by the fishes became matured and we were having bids from buyers, the source of the water we used was from the Badagry water (we channelled the water). We had a buyer bidding from NAFDAC who wanted to buy all but we refused to sell because his price wasnt so appealing. I woke up one morning and someone called me and said "Heavy rain fell last night and the water came from the beach covered all the ponds". I was so shocked because it was a distance from the beach and when i got there i couldnt find 1 fingerlings playing around in the water. It was funny to me to i was imagining how the fishes felt when the water came. When my partner got there and saw what has happened he Fainted on the spot. Ladies and Gentlemen that is the story of how some people had stroke and are paralysed for life. Although it was painful but i only took it as another risk loss in business because i had a SYSTEM. I have risked N400000 and it all went into thin air even with proper planning and i have risked just N100000 and it yielded over N1m in profit.
Thats business!!.

So many people call themselves entrepreneurs today and they are actually not. Dear readers, if you have a shop, or a business where you always have to be there from 8am-5pm daily to open your market you are not an Entrepreneur. Am sorry to say that but thats the truth. The only thing you did is that you just changed your Boss from your former Boss to Yourself. You blame yourself for everything that happens so you always want to do it yourself. I met a man in Ikeja lagos, who told me he was an entrepreneur, i asked what he was into. he said "am a contractor". Ladies and Gentlemen once you are at the mercy of who is giving you the contract or who is buying from you, you are not an entrepreneur because that is not a SYSTEM.

I started business years ago in school when i go to Idumota (Eko) to buy jewelries. I buy steel chains and necklace which cannot wash or peel out. I sell to my client with 3months warranty that if it washes or corrode they should return it. Now i buy at idumota at N300 per jewelry and sell at N2000 each. Some people buy because they need it while most people buy because of the value of the brand and they want to test if it will actually corrode but in both cases i make sales.
I was so involved in business in school that it affected my studies. I had an extra year, ASUU strike added one year, making 2years. My mates graduated finished their NYSC and came back to meet me in school to run their Msc program. I finally graduated with a 3rd Class degree and now as i write this article 3 of my mates who have completed their masters are on my employee list and i pay them monthly. Now this is because i understnd what leverage is. I am not trying to be proud about this but am just saying it is not about what your Academic result says, it is about what you tell yourself. I always say that greatness is inside of me and am going to let it out.

Just before i started in my quest to build a SYSTEM i was searching for the right industry i can go into build a business that gives PASSIVE income.
I am a Christian by the way of course my name is Paul. I was searching through the bible and i stumbled across a passage in Luke where the disciples asked Jesus. Now read this carefully because it could change your life.
They said, "Master, how do we achieve great power, great influence, great wealth?" and Jesus said onto them "Find a way to solve the many because Service to many leads to greatness".

J. Kennedy in his innaugural speech also said something related to that. He said, Success is this; " Dont ask what America can do for you, Ask what can you do for Americans".

Zig Ziglar said the samething in another beautiful way by saying;
"If you help enough people get what they want, you will get all you need".

Looking at this statements i found out that all they are all trying to say is that for you to achieve great wealth legally, you have to learn to create a SYSTEM and that brought about the vehicles of wealth i stated above where once the structures are put in place, you begin to earn residual income.

I begun on the search on how i can start up something that would create a system for me even though i did not have to huge capital required for most of this vehicles of wealth.
This is the Era of Automated business.
A friend of mine owns Jazmine magazine, in their last edition Yemi Alade was to be on the front page, she was paid N900k, hotel fees and feeding, make up and all. Just to make a photoshoot of less than 5mins. Now thats automated business because she has built a structure around herself (FAME).

In my years of research, i found out that the multi level industry, is the only industry, with the least CAPITAL, least RISK, and Infinite Earning Potential. The problem is that the companies who represented the industry most of them have just ripped us off. Network marketing has now grown from being a Personal tabboo to being a Family and Community Tabboo that once your friends, Neighbours, find out that you are involved with an MLM company they tend to boo you and laff at you because they also have and have heard of bad experiences.

I personally had very very bad experiences with some companies which i explained in this post below and also the good news.

http://bestmlmnigeria.blogspot.com.ng/2015/09/comparative-illustration-on-mlm-network.html?m=1

After my experience with some network marketing companies, i was so frustrated that i had to go and look for a job. I refused to drive a network marketing business where i have to always market and sell products monthly when i was only interested in the Networking. I knew the industry is based on Leverage on building a NETWORK which would be my NET WORTH and serve as my SYSTEM and this shouldnt require you to sell any product.
Ladies and Gentlemen, i got so frustrated and pushed to the wall after signing up with some companies only to find out that they are all the same. I got a Job with Tecno mobile (Opebi, Ikeja).
The employment stated that every newly employed staff would be on 3months probation with a Salary of N15k per month. After various screenings and interviews i passed and i got the Job. Working hours was from 9am - 6pm from Mon-Sat and i go from Badagry to Opebi daily.
I was very hard working in the Job and one  day i thought God smiled at me and wanted to reward me for my hardwork. The Manager of my department got a Job with Ekiti state government, he had to resign and the Chinese guys asked him. Mr Tope, who would you recommend to replace you out of over 25staffs in the department. Shockingly he said me. I was actually still in my 2nd month of probation so the white guys did not accept. The following week Mr Tope resigned and i was automatically installed as the new department manager. My salary was increased to N35000 monthly and Sunday was added to my working hours. We work from mon-sat and on sunday by 2pm after church we go to have meeting with the white guys in Lekki. When i share this story it always sounds funny but this is the truth. Ladies and Gentlemen as a department manager in Tecno mobile i wasnt given a Tecno phone and i wasnt allowed to buy or Use any. They refused any staff to buy or use any Tecno phone or product because they say if you use a Tecno phone and for example, the screen gets broken, we come into the office pick and new one for free and change it. Nigerians are very smart, some would even start removing screens and touch pads to sell outside to people because thats the most expensive part of new android phones. If you are caught with a Tecno memory card, you would be SACKED on the spot. All we had as a prove to potray where we work is Tecno shirts.
While i was working diligently at Tecno mobile a friend of mine called me and introduced me to just another network marketing company and i refused because i have had enough of them all. He knows about my experience with network marketing companies so he decided not to tell me until he was able to create a SYSTEM for himself so he had a prove. I knew he was doing fine but i ddnt believe it was the company that pays most of his bills and gave him reasons to do other businesses.
He told me about how i can earn millions and all and i said Andy (his name), in all you have said about this company called Trévo, the only thing i can pick out is that you said for each person i sign up i get paid N11000 and there is no limit to the number if people i can sign up. He said yes. I told him on the spot dont tell me i can earn millions because in every network marketing seminar you go for they would surely tell you if you do this, then do that, Yipeee!!!! you earn N10m a month. They dont tell you the inticacy and most of them lie. I dont believe GREATNESS is a sudden event but little things done rightly over time, so i dont despise little beginnings.
I went home that day with so many thoughts in my head that if Andy says this company pays N11000 per person i sign up, that means my monthly salary in Tecno mobile is just the registration of just 3people. Two weeks went by and the work demanded more hrs because my staff increased and i have to close work at 7pm or latter. I actually started holding interviews alongside with my routine work at the office. In the 3rd week, i called Andy and i asked a very straight question and i said, "Andy, If Trévo can pay me N5000 for signing up 5 people without me having to sell and hawk products i'll resign from Tecno mobile". Andy said for 5people i sign up i will receive over N50000.
Ladies and Gentlemen regardless of the very bad experience i had i still took the most difficult and sensitive decision and i Signed up for Trevo. I called 5 of my staffs to come see the business but only 3 decided to sign up too. When i received over N30000 alert from FCMB on a friday, i said to myself "Am doing this for life".
I was prepared to resign during our sunday meeting with the white guys (Chinese). I got to the meeting so early that day. My plan was to scatter the meeting that day before i announce that i want to resign so that probably i'll get an appeal. The meeting started at few mins past 2pm. I immediately brought up the issue of the phone. That why cant Tecno mobile give us phones at least if not for all the staffs, for those of us who are managers. I complained bitterly that i couldnt take it anymore. The white guys where suprised at my sudden attitude when that issue has been concluded long ago. I threatened to resign if they cannot give us a phone, my drama was so interesting because i had some other managers supporting my points. The Chinese guys where just looking at me then i asked the HR for a plain sheet that i want to resign. On the spot i wrote my resignation letter and our white boss Mr Lee said something i will never forget in my life. He said, "Paul, your country, no Job, you resign, I replace you". He went ahead to face the HR and said "HR, how many CV you have" and he replied, 350. Mr Lee said, "Call 150 people for interview to replace Paul". I was so bittered because at this time i have spent over 8months with this company in diligent service. I walked out of the meeting with a broken heart. The next day which was on a monday, i came to the office to pack up my belongings and Lo and behold i saw over 100people in suit and tie seated in the reception for interview.
I asked the HR, do all this people know that their salary is N15k per month and they have to work monday to saturday? and he said Yes.
Ladies and Gentlemen at this point i said something to myself;
1. For you to achieve greatness in life you must do something outside the box or outside the normal.
2. There is always a set-back for you to have a huge come-back.
If i looked at the N35k monthly salary i was being paid, and did not go ahead to resign, i would not be where i am today.

Now financial success is basically about repeating what someone else did because it can be duplicated.
Am not saying that you cannot be Successful if you dont do what i did. NO.
all am saying is that you can have great ideas and dreams that can be achieved if you have a PASSIVE income SYSTEM.
